How can I convert my foreign accounting qualification into a Dutch accounting qualification (AA or RA)?

Answer
You need to apply to the Commissie Eindtermen Accountantsopleiding (CEA) for a certificate of professional competence. Based on such certificate you can be officially registered with the Nederlandse Orde van Accountants-Administratieconsulenten (NOvAA) as an accounting consultant (AA) or with the Koninklijk Nederlands Instituut van Registeraccountants (Royal NIVRA) as a registered accountant (RA).
